Improvement Districts Webinar: Making the Most of Social Media

Thursday 18 April 2019 | 10:30-11:30 | FOC Online Seminar | Book Here!

The smartphone revolution has fundamentally changed how people access information, with most of us increasingly reverting to the online space to do so. Social media has become an essential channel of communication for local businesses and communities.

The next free live webinar for Improvement District management and staff will provide tips, advice and practice sessions on how to successfully develop and deliver an effective social and digital media strategy, as well has how to respond online in a crisis situation.

The training will be delivered by Message Matters, a leading Scottish strategic communications and political relations firm. It will involve some practical exercises and a more substantial session outline will be issued to participants in advance.
