Representatives from Improvement Districts in the north of Scotland met at Eden Court, Inverness last week to exchange news and experiences. The gathering was also a chance to consult with Phil Prentice and Bill Harvey of Scotland’s Improvement Districts, the national support body for Improvement Districts across the country.
