ACT Strategic is aimed at those responsible for writing policies/procedures or strongly influencing them. Its aim is to provide guidance relating to the threat from terrorism and how to prepare for, manage, and recover from terrorist activity.
It will be delivered by Police Scotland, Counter Terrorism Security Advisors to delegates from a range of organisations and business sectors. Delegates must have knowledge of their organisation’s Emergency Response Plans (Incident Management Plan / Business Continuity Plan) and the authority to affect changes or reviews of those plans (i.e. heads of department, security managers or emergency planners).
