23 May 2019 | 10:30-11:30 | Online seminar:
Locally elected politicians are powerful influencers in local communities. They can be a source of support and help, and they have a mandate to hold local service providers accountable for their performance. Working closely and constructively with them is important for any organisation doing work in their local area.
In this session, we consider how best to engage with local politicians both proactively and reactively, and a more substantial session outline will be issued to participants in advance.
The training will be delivered by Message Matters, a leading Scottish strategic communications and political relations firm.
