Cambuslang Community Council has carried out a piece of research comparing the bins-off-streets policies in five local authority areas, including Fife (St Andrews). This report is drafted specifically for South Lanarkshire Council, but the Community Council is preparing a revised version that may be of interest to other Councils also.
